Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, today received the Ambassador of Germany to Somalia, H.E. Sebastian Groth, at his office, where they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation and exploring investment opportunities in Somalia.
Prime Minister Hamza shared with the ambassador the vast investment prospects in Somalia, including fisheries, industry, and livestock, emphasizing the importance of German investment in these sectors for the mutual benefit of both nations.
Ambassador Sebastian Groth, for his part, stated that Germany is planning to invest in Somalia across various sectors, adding that senior officials from the German Ministry of Development and Economic Affairs will soon visit Somalia.
